Rules and Regulations

Thank you for abiding by these rules. A safer, cleaner resort will make everyone's stay a most enjoyable one.

Arrival / Departure: Check-in is 2 P.M. Check-out is 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out fees are imposed and based upon availability.

Pets: We welcome a maximum of three pets per site. While outside your RV, please keep them on a 6' or less leash at all times. They must be kept under control, quiet and never left unattended. Pets are not allowed on other RV sites, in buildings, or in pool areas. Please do not allow your pets to relieve themselves anywhere except the two dog run areas. Sorry, pet fences/cages are not allowed on sites. All pets must be inoculated and licensed in accordance to local laws. Please pick up after your pets as we have provided Mutt Mitts at the dog runs for your convenience. Please notify Office immediately of Pet Violations.

Children: Parents or guardians are liable and responsible for the acts and conduce of their children. Children under 12 MUST be accompanied by an adult when off their site. There is a 10:00 pm curfew for children under 18 years of age.

Bikes/Toys: The use of SKATES, SKATEBOARDS, ROLLERBLADES, GAS-POWERED SCOOTERS, POCKET BIKES, and GAS-POWERED REMOTE CONTROL TOYS is strictly forbidden in the resort. Bicycles and scooters may be ridden on the paved streets only and are NOT ALLOWED on the hills, on the walkways, sidewalks, building areas, or in landscaped areas. Riders under the age of 18 shall wear helmets when riding bicycles or scooters.

Guests: ALL GUESTS - STAYING OR VISITING, MUST CHECK IN AT THE OFFICE. There is a $4.00 per guest charge for use of facilities and for overnight stays, and $5.00 per vehicle.

Lawn Sprinklers: Water is from 12AM to 7AM daily. Do not turn off the sprinklers. Notify the Office with any problems.

Game Rooms: An adult MUST accompany children under 12. Equipment for the game rooms are provided at the office.

Fitness Center: Adults only, 16 and over if accompanied by a responsible adult. See posted waiver in the Fitness Center.

Lower Level Pool / Spa: Open 9 AM to 10 PM. See posted rules, including age restriction in Spa. No smoking or glass allowed in pool area. Please shower before entering the Pool/Spa. NO JUMPING OR DIVING. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.

Upper Level ADULT ONLY Spa: Please see posted hours, rules and AGE RESTRICTIONS.  

Quiet Time: 10 PM to 8 AM.

Trash: Put in plastic sacks, tie, place in available dumpster. Do not use private site trash containers.

Parking: Park in designated areas or assigned places ONLY. DO NOT PARK ON GRASS or in other sites.

Speed Limit: 5 MPH for all vehicles.

Refunds: Sorry no refunds.

The following is NOT Permitted: Tents. BBQs and Hotplates on our plastic picnic tables. Smoking inside building or pool area. Vehicle or RV washing or maintenance. Running engines unnecessarily. Running generators after 10 PM or for long periods. RV subletting. Fire rings in unauthorized areas. Solicitation. Clotheslines. Untidy/Unclean sites. Storage sheds. Fireworks or Firearms. Chemicals (formaldehyde in holding tanks. Dumping gray water on open ground. Sewer hoses without proper end connections. Gas powered scooters or toys. Bike ridden off paved surfaces or in landscaped areas. NO ICECHESTS, MATS, RUGS, CARPETS OR POTTED PLANTS ON LAWN.

MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND, REVISE, AND ADD TO THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS AT ANY TIME. DETERMINATIONS MADE IN ENFORCING OR INTERPRETING THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF MANAGEMENT.
