CANCELLATION POLICY:  Special Events, Holidays and One Night Stays require a Non-Refundable Deposit up front at the time of the booking, cancellation of this type of stay is a loss of the Non-Refundable Deposit. Cancellations for a normal booking (non special event, holiday, one night stay) Cancellation prior to 72 hours of check-in date is a $10.00 processing fee.
